I LOVE NYC

I went to New York City with my best friend.

NYC is an interesting city. I feel so fancy of NYC

But, it was someplace unclean, someplace complicated.

and many people seem very busily.

there is 42th street.

Many tourists are interested in the 42th street of NYC.

I was watched musical of lion king. it was awesome.

And mots important thing, I could see many famous actor. and When I went to times square. I was feel to proud.

Because, I could see advertisement of korea famous enterprises.

I was prefect for a vacation in NYC.

CHINA TOWN☆

I went to china town restaurant with my friend Ziyou for the first in Philadelphia. There are china town in Korea but it was totally different. When I first went to china town in korea, I was disappointed. Because I wanted to know chinese culture but, I couldn't.. just I looked at, full of fake chinese restaurant. I think Korea china town is just in the semblance of china town. However, I felt the chinese culture in Philadelphia china town. There was a lot of chinese people by a jugful and traditional chinese restaurant. Ziyou recommended one chinese restaurant. I ordered chines beef soup noodle, Ziyou ordered (I can't remember.. food's name..) blah blah noodle and spicy pig ears. Spicy pig ears very warm and friendly at me, because some Korean people eat the pig ears for the ancestral rites ceremony. Anyway!! It was really awesome! they use hand made noodel, good quality beef and the most important thing is really cheap! ONE NOODLE(A duble order) JUST $6 !! Isn't it amazing?? This trip will stay with us as a happy memory. Thank you so much Ziyou! I'm looking for ward to your visit my house! XIEXIE!!

I went to SOFITEL HOTEL,because my parents visited in Philadelphia,so my parents and i stayed hotel.

I heard sofitel is french style hotel. Hotel was not expensive and very comfortable. And rocation is sansom street so very nice. Around hotel many store and restaurant. And close to my house. Last day our family ate in hotel resturant very delicious. My parents and i was very satisfied. It was very happy time.

b.b.go!

I went to b.b.go with my rommate.
It was a kind of brand new Korean restaurant.
One of my classmates, who was Hee Young, recommended this restaurant. I was waiting for food that i ordered. I ordered vegitable bibimbab. It was really good like they didn't use artificial seasonings not much.
Also, we had a extra food that topokki ! Thanks to Hee Young. really delicious!

Ted's Montana Grill

I went to 'Ted's Montana Grill' with my friends to celebrate my birthday.

I heard that there's steaks are really good and expensive.

However there's steaks were not good that much. salad was better than steaks.

It is really close by my house.

It is located on 260S, Broad Street Philadelphia.

That restaurant was very eco-friendly.

They were using paper straw instead of plastic.

I was very impressed.

I want to go there again when some special day.

Because the mood was awesome.

An Educational Trip

Today, my school organized an educational tour to Philadelphia Museum Of Art. This is an amazing art museum which is attracted toward place in my mind.

I think what attracts me most about is the artisitic works which include oil paintings, sculptures, modarn arts and vedio arts. In this musuum, I saw a numble of famours oil paintings especiolly sunflowers of Van Gogh and some impression painter's works. I feel exsited about that. I hope next time I will visit this art museum again.

To know the life of city, I would recommend my friends to visit the Philadelphia Museum Of Art.

Adventure Aquarium in Newjersey

I went to Adventure Aquarium in Newjersey with my Thai friend Net.

We took Riverlink ferry for crossing the Delaware river at that time. The weather of

the day was so good and we enjoyed the sunshine on the ferry.Center city in Philly looked very fancy when I watched the view of around the river. The Adventure Aquarium was extreamly fun then! Many kinds of fishes and marine animals seemed to be very cute and funny! I took numerous photos..I love sea world because the world is soooo beautiful!!

Chri's Jazz Cafe

I went to chri's jazz cafe.

I enjoyed it,

because I could see many jazz musicians and

there were delicious sweet potato fries with beer.

The first act played pop music I don't like that.

But, the second act stated to play jazz music.

The players aren't famous musicians,

but it was a nice performance.

Ziyou's dormitory~

It was my first birthday abroad.

Ziyou invited me to his dorm for my birthday.

(Ziyou gave me the fancy note and black box!!!!!)

Ziyou offered to cook for me but I was a bit worried.

What he cooked was very unique since he added coke in the chicken soup.

I got really worried before I tasted it, but it tasted very much like the chicken soup that we have in Korea. (A kind of culture shock hit me!!)

I was also introduced to an American friend. He was very kind and nice to me.

I think they were especially caring so that I don't feel lonely away from my family.

I feel very lucky to have met very nice people . I 'm exited to imagine what's going to happen while I'm here.

DUPREE GALLERY

I went to Dupree Gallery today with classmates.

The gallery is teacher Nicole's father's, So we could see privately.

And we could see teacher Nicole's mother.

There were displaying kind of program what help children and their families.

The help program's name was Adopt a Pig.

It was made by 55people.

They gave to 55people a plain pig.

And then took back that pigs what decorated whatever they want.

It was very interesting.

The gallery was located at 703S 6th Street Philadelphia.

Super Fresh.(ziyou zhu)

Today, I went to a store called Super Fresh. This store is a convenient shop. There I bought a lot of goods. There are many things you can buy. such as: all kind of fruites, vegetales, cheeses, meat, cans and snacks. In my opinion, it is fantastic. I think Super Fresh attracts me for some reasons. First of all, it is near my dorm and it takes me only 5 minutes by bike. What is more, the services are terrific because I do not need to wait a long time it the queue when I check out. Finally, the price of goods are reasonable and it has a good shopping environment and shop's stuffs are friendly. So, I think that is my one of favorite store in Philadelphia.

Herbie Hancock in Mann Center

Herbie Hancock visited in Philly due to his concert( title: The imagine project)

My heart was a little bit throbbing with a expectation before the Herbie Hancock concert.

MANN CENTER was the most fabulous place in Philly!!! for me!!

As well as

The place has lawn space that their audiences can sit in watching a performance ,which is fantastic! However my seat of the day was 110 among the chairs

The Herbie's concert was suited to me because his band's line-up was familiar and famouse for me.

I went to New Jersey with my friends.

It was very delicious because we were hungry.

I went to New Jersey with great expectation.

but, disappointed to New Jersey.

I went to Walmart with my friend !!

I went to Walmart with my friend for the first in America. There are Walmart in Korea but it was totally different scale which made me so surprised.

It looked like some kind of general store because there were a lot of tools and some wooden boards that hard to find.

My friend came here to buy cheaper school stuffs but there wasn't any so he was complaining about it. but I was busy looking around because there are fun.

I remembered one time my parents said a person should go out to the big world and I know what that means now.

Review of nail salon

I went to the nail salon after class with seong eun and hee jung.
It was placed between Walnut and 13th street, but don't remember the exact name of salon.
I chose a cool gray color. I like it♥
People of salon were very kind to customs.
Sometimes when you feel bad, sad or tired , i recommend to go somewhere like that.
It might refresh your feeling.
